Sahira Torres (“I” or “me”) own and operate The Working Yarn (https://theworkingyarn.com)] (“Site”). Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using this blog, as these Terms apply to all visitors. By visiting this blog, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Site Content
I am the owner of all information on this website, including any and all copyrights, trademarks, design rights and other intellectual property rights related to the content and work product on this Site. Information on this site may only be copied for personal use and no part may be reproduced, reused or reposted without my permission. Requests for permission should be addressed to the following email: sahira@theworkingyarn.com. You may link back to this Site, as long as you clearly give credit to me as the author and include a hyperlink to this Site. Users can use the patterns to reproduce for profit but they must include a link to the pattern on their own website or social media accounts if the finished product is being sold online or on the sales tag if it is being sold at a fair or a brick-and-mortar shop.
Users cannot sell, reproduce, or alter the pattern in any way. Users cannot use any of the photographs from the Site can be used to sell finished items, promote themselves in any format or your blog, or for any other reason on their website, social media, sales page, or anywhere else. The exception to this rule is if the user want to share my post/pattern on their own website then they could use only one photograph that will contain the direct link back to my website and no portion of the pattern can be used.
Users cannot distribute the pattern as their own on their website, social media, sales page, or anywhere else. A link back to the posts/patterns on this Site must be used. This includes translations to my post and patterns. For more information regarding translations, please refer to the Translation Policy below.
Users cannot make a video tutorial of any of my patterns and tutorials. A link back to my YouTube channel for the tutorials can be used.
All Site content is for informational purposes only and should not be taken as professional or specific advice. I make every effort to only provide complete and accurate information, but am not responsible or liable for any inaccuracies. I am not responsible for your reliance on information presented on this Site and shall not be liable for any damages or harm.
2. Comments Policy
Comments will be publicly available to other Site visitors. You own the rights to content you post on this Site, but agree to give a license so that this content can be shared on the Site. I reserve the right to remove any content that I determine to be unlawful, inappropriate, offensive or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms. If any user generated content is found to be copyright infringement, we will respond to and comply with any DMCA Take Down Notices.

While using this Site, you may provide certain personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address or demographic data gathered through the use of “cookies.” I only collect information solely for the purposes of analysis of content performance and for demographic research. Users cannot publish or post translations of written patterns, tutorials, posts, instructions, and videos of any type. If you need help translating or understanding what is posted on The Working Yarn, you can try the Google translate tool at https://translate.google.com, or other similar online tools, or email me at sahira@theworkingyarn.com.
5. Links to Other Web Sites
This Site may contain links to third-party websites that I do not control. Once you leave my Site, you are no longer governed by these Terms. I assume no responsibility for the content or practices of any third party websites.
